One account, both sites
TestRanking and SelectionWay are run by the same company and share one app (com.testranker.android) and one account. Deleting your account here deletes it everywhere — you will lose access on both websites and in the app.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address, profile photo and other profile details
- Your quiz, mock test and test series attempts, scores, ranks and leaderboard entries
- Your saved and bookmarked questions, notes and doubts
- Your live-class chat messages
- Your push notification token
What we have to keep
Deleting your account does not erase everything, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise:
- Order and payment records — required by tax and accounting law. They are kept only for as long as that law requires, then removed.
- Anonymised usage statistics — these carry nothing that identifies you.
How long it takes
Your account stops working once the request is verified. Complete removal of your data from our systems and backups finishes within 30 days.
What you lose
Courses, batches and test series you have paid for stop working. Deletion is not a refund — no money is returned because you deleted the account. If you are owed a refund, read the refund policy and ask before deleting.
Signing up again with the same phone number later creates a new, empty account; the old one cannot be recovered.
Files already on your phone
Anything you downloaded lives in the app’s private storage on that device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Other ways to do this
Email dev@opsolve.in from the address on your account, or from any address quoting your registered mobile number. We verify by SMS before acting.
